Authentication of signatures
In many cases, a notarized signature is sufficient for the cancellation of land charges. Most bank forms for deletion authorizations already contain the necessary text for the application to the land registry.
In the vast majority of cases, land charges are created directly in connection with the purchase of a property. Send us the bank’s documents and we will then prepare the notarization, ideally following the purchase agreement.
If you need a land charge outside of a real estate purchase, we will draft the land charge and security agreement according to your requirements.
