This applies in particular to resolutions of the general meeting that are intended to permit the transfer of the company&#8217;s assets as a whole (\u00a7 179 a AktG), the conclusion of company agreements (\u00a7 293 AktG), integration (\u00a7 319 AktG) and the so-called squeeze-out (\u00a7 327a AktG).
