Most bank forms for deletion authorizations already contain the necessary text for the application to the land registry.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>In the vast majority of cases, land charges are created directly in connection with the purchase of a property. Send us the bank&#8217;s documents and we will then prepare the notarization, ideally following the purchase agreement.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you need a land charge outside of a real estate purchase, we will draft the land charge and security agreement according to your requirements.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Restricted rights in rem, such as rights of first refusal, easements, usufruct or land charges, form a significant part of real estate transactions.
