In many cases, a notarized signature is sufficient for the cancellation of land charges. Most bank forms for deletion authorizations already contain the necessary text for the application to the land registry.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

In the vast majority of cases, land charges are created directly in connection with the purchase of a property. Send us the bank’s documents and we will then prepare the notarization, ideally following the purchase agreement.<\/p>\n\n
